- Choose your tiny home and the add-ons you want.
- Place your deposit by 30 November 2026. We'll take $1,000 off your add-ons.
Yes. If you place your deposit between 12th October and 30 November, the $1,000 applies.
The discount covers them up to their full value. Any amount left over isn't paid out as cash.
No. It applies to add-ons and accessories only.
Terms and conditions
This is the wording for the landing page and the link from the email and ads. Bracketed items need confirming before it goes live.
- The offer is available to customers who pay a deposit on a new tiny home order between 12th October and 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026.
- Eligible customers receive a discount of up to $1,000 (inc. GST) on add-ons and accessories listed at tinyhomes4u.com.au/tiny-home-add-ons/. These are air conditioning, hot water heaters, trailers, custom decking and solar packages.
- The discount can be split across more than one add-on, up to a combined total of $1,000. Any unused amount is forfeited and has no cash value.
- The discount cannot be applied to the base price of the home, delivery, site works, council approvals or finance.
- Add-ons must be included in the order [at the time the deposit is paid / before the order goes into production].
- One discount per order. The offer is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- Orders where the deposit was paid before 12th October are not eligible.
- If an order is cancelled, the discount no longer applies and the cancellation is handled under our standard terms.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
