Designed for both temporary and permanent installation, the Toilet Block offers a cost-effective amenities solution for construction sites, rural properties, events, public spaces, and anywhere reliable toilet facilities are needed without permanent construction.
The double cubicle design shares a single set of water, power and sewer connections — keeping installation straightforward and cost-efficient. Can also be configured as a stand-alone unit with a waste tank system for remote or off-grid locations.

Roof & Structure
- Galvanised and prepainted 3mm steel cover sheet on the centre roof section, providing durable long-term weather protection.
- 50mm glasswool insulation on the main roof, sheeted on both sides with 0.4mm prepainted steel sheet, for effective thermal performance year-round.
- Roof fully sealed and protected by a steel sheet, designed to withstand Australian weather conditions.
- Double-glazed window and solid lockable door as standard, providing security, privacy and natural ventilation.
- Steel-framed construction built for strength, durability and long-term performance in both permanent and temporary installations.

Power & Lighting
- Fully wired electrical system installed to Australian standards, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance.
- Compliant with AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3001, the national standards for fixed and movable electrical installations.
- Internal ceiling light and light switch installed, providing practical illumination for everyday use.
- 3-pin GPO (general power outlet) installed for connection of appliances or equipment as required.
- Integrated exhaust fan fitted to support ventilation and moisture control within the space.
- All fixtures and fittings supplied and installed, ready for connection on delivery.

- Sink with flick mixer tap and modern toilet with soft-close lid in each cubicle.

- Can be connected to mains water, power and sewer, or configured as a stand-alone unit with a waste tank system for remote locations.
- Plumbing fully installed inside the unit and ready for connection on site by your local licensed plumber — one set of connections serves both cubicles.

Delivery & Installation
- Designed for both permanent and temporary installation, making these units well suited to short-term site requirements or long-term fixed placements.
- Best placed on level ground — footing options include concrete slab or pads, compacted ground, or concrete or steel stumps.
- Four adjustable feet allow for levelling on site without the need for a perfectly prepared base.
- Detailed instruction manual provided, allowing your own licensed trades to complete the final setup.
- Final connection of services to the building is by others — your local licensed plumber and electrician will complete the connections on site.
- Form 7 is supplied by the installing plumber upon final connection of water and drainage.
- Lightweight enough to relocate if your site requirements change — speak with our team about transport options.
