Aluminium double-glazed windows with fly screens sliding glass and aluminium entry doors and privacy glass bathroom door. Centre section and walls: Glass-wool insulation, galvanized & painted steel with 50 mm insulation. Colour-coded internal corner angles.

Floor

The subfloor is a magnesium concrete composite, an amazing material, light, very strong; water and anti-insect resistant.

Power & Lighting: Up to Australian Standards

Light and power cable, switches and power points installed.TV and Air con can be mounted wherever suits your needs. An EDB (Electrical Distribution Board) is installed and wired for AC.
