40ft site office from – $39600 inc GST

Please ask about External Cladding for $1800 per unit for 20ft and $3600 for 40ft

Centre section: Top Galvanized and Painted protective steel cover sheet with Glasswool insulation.
Side roof: Top Galvanized and Painted protective steel cover sheet with 50 mm insulation.
Frame and Walls Steel frame with walls and ceiling constructed of 50mm EPS foam core insulated panels, Main roof 3mm steel.
50mm Glass wool insulation sheeted both side with .4mm Steel Sheet.

Power & Lighting: Up to Australian Standards
- Light and power cable, switches and power points installed to Australian standard.
- Wired to AS/NZS 3000
- Aircon to be installed by local trades.
- EDB (Electrical Distribution Board) installed and wired for AC.

Can come with personal requirements inside.

The subfloor is a magnesium concrete composite, an amazing material, light, very strong; water and anti-insect resistant.
The flooring cover is a thick timber look SPC flooring
All floors pre installed ready for delivery

Note Finished height of surface must be solid and level to ensure building has good foundations.

Final connection of service to the building is by others please contact your local trades for installation.
